Found a coin seller the other day selling a 1981-s clear s proof set named lee-horsely. Does anyone know if this is the same Lee Horsely who portrayed Matt Houston on TV in the 80's??

    What show was this? image
  • it was a detective show that was on for only a year or 2 in the mid 70s. nothing too terribly deep, but it was fun to watch

  • Yes, Lee Horsely is a very well known collector and dealer of 1981-s clear s proof sets. At one point, he had amassed a hoard of over 1,700,000 1981-s clear s proof sets. He sells them at all the "Houston" conventions at which he appears.
  • where would ya store that many proof sets ?
