Just the opposite. The SBA is a Type II and the Lincoln is a Type I
See how the S on the SBA looks a little squashed in shape while the Lincoln's mintmark seems to be more symmetrical.
I have always maintained that there are actually 3 types of mintmarks on the 81. Type I is clear and not easily confused with the other 2. While Type II and my -- Type III are sometimes hard to distinguish. One of the easiest diagnostics is that squashed look.
These are the Type III and Type II. The S on the Lincoln is a Type I. Compare, the Lincoln is neat and round.
