That's what I say. Both Ebay and the sellers are fond of pointing out that bidding constitutes a contract, but I don't know of any state that enforces one sided contracts. If I bid, and have to pay, then you as the seller have to sell me the item at the agreed on price.

Which would be very ironic after he included this clause in his item description
