Assuming it can get slabbed with that huge gash...I'd say 61, maybe 62.

MS62. Nice bloodstain on the reverse. Looks like it was found at a crime scene.

Since the picture is large, I am guessing the large gouge isn't quite as prominent in person.
So I would think maybe MS-63.

MS-62 assuming the gouge on the cheek isn't quite as severe as it appears in the picture.
