I'd really like to clear this up in my own muddy mind.

The Premier Proof set are silver. Are the Prestege Proof Sets clad?

Also silver from 1992 forward.

Edit: Or maybe that's the Premiere sets.

Edit again: At least the dollars are silver in the Prestige sets.
