Mine came in today and overall, I must say, I am quite pleased.image
  • I had ordered 5 back in mid July. They came about 2 weeks ago. Over all I was generally pleased with the quality of all of the coins. The Philly mint stuff was much better than in previous years. One of the state quarters, the Iowa, was pretty marked up in all sets and from both mints. I found a serious error on one Texas quarter where Washington has a nice big bald spot and a sunken eye. Pretty cool.
  • I got mine a couple of weeks ago. I'm actually quite pleased with them. Well OK, some of the state quarter designs could be better, but at least the quality is good. image

  • I had gotten mine a few weeks ago.
The only thing I had problems with was the nickels.
Most of the nickels were pretty beat up with lots of bag marks. scratches, and tiny dings etc.

Just got my 2nd sets. Very terrible quality. I rec'd my 1st batches 2-3 months ago with the original sets before they sold out. I can tell you that the 1st sets had much higher quality coins, most noteable are the P Keel Boat 5c and D quarters. All the 1c had spots and the SACS were scratched in this batch. Thumbs down MINT. Hmmm, I suppose a little later I'll take a closer look because I have multiples but the one I looked at impressed me. The quarters look as if they have a Matte finish. First glance at the 5c, so-so. Yeah, I think I'll give everything a closer look!

The rolls of Texas Quarters are sad. Looked thru 20 rolls and found maybe 30 that I would even consider submitting. If they are not at least 67's they're not worth messing with!

When it comes to quality control, NOBODY tops the Canadian Mint. Only problem is although I have somehow wound up with coins from all over the world, I don't collect them but the more I look at them the more I appreciate themimage

Overall I think the set I received is adequate but not spectactular. One of the Iowa quarters is a little crummy, but other than that, everything's of at least acceptable quality or a little better.
