Ebay question...I need a buyers phone number

I cannot find the link to get a buyers phone number because their email account is full and cannot get emails. Where is the link to request the buyers contact info?

If you're involved in an eBay transaction you request his contact info by going to search eBay members. I gotta split for a minute so if I didn't explain well enough just go to Live Chat on the home page, Jason and they'll point you in the right direction!

funny thing is the guy sent me a question from Ebay he does not realize that his mailbox is full and I cannot respond to him and the phone number Ebay has for him has been disconnected. Ahh the joys of Ebay.
