My second Conder buying experience was much more rewarding. I overlit these to detail every problem and they still held up very well -- unusual for copper. In person they're much more forgiving, especially the first 2 prooflike examples. Kudos to Larry Gaye at Byzantine who described & imaged them very accurately. It amazes me that 3 pre-1800 coins like this could cost less than a decent MS65RD 20th Century common date Indian cent.

Since I know so little about these your thumbs-up feedback is much appreciated. I added a pic of the Lancashire which shows its underlying ice blue tones - just like a proof it photos very differently at an angle. If it comes close to being as nice as one of Cosmic's I'm more than satisfied.
