Yup, got one tonight while working my part time pizza delivery job. A 1995. Not in the greatest condition, but the first I've seen in a long time.

    It's absolutely unusual to get a $2, but what's more amazing to me is that you said it wasn't "in the greatest condition". How the heck do they acquire wear? image

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    They do get spent, you know. Minimum bet at the horse tracks is $2 and you sometimes see them there. Not all of them end up in collectors hands as soon as they hit the streets. I have really tattered red seal and 1976 ones that would be recalled and replaced by the treasury if I were to deposit them at a bank.
