They returned my coin via USPS instead of FedEx as instructed. I have spoken with two different customer service reps who have promised to call me back, but so far nothing.
My email confirmation was marked FedEx delivery but the tracking number was a USPS. The coin has arrived safely and only two days later than anticipated, so alls well that ends well, however I am concerned that my inquiries have not been handled to my satisfaction. Does anyone know to whom I should address my concerns that may actually answer me?

Edited to add: I was not charged for the Registered mail - can't verify FedEx charges yet.
