Submission Questions - 1st time for me

Hi,

I need a bit of help in filling out my free submissions form. In the "variety" box do you put down any mint errors on the coin for them to be aware of them? Or do you put that on the sticker on the flip? Or do you put that down at all? Thanks for the help.

Put down anything if there could be multiple coins with the date.

For example, the 1995 DDO cent, you'd add DDO. 1938-D nickels, you'd specify buffalo or jefferson, etc.
