Just received it in the mail today, looks even better than in the auction pics. Your grading opinions are very welcome. My Bust Quarter book is still in the mail so can I get some help attributing it. I noticed two interesting points to the coin; 1. Possible die crack from "RIC" in AMERICA , 2. Just below Liberties ear there are three faint vertical lines...1 actually going into her ear and this corresponds to the vertical lines on the shield on the reverse...what is this error called? The last two pics are closeups of the two things I mentioned.

They are clash marks from the reverse shield. A clashed die.
Cladiator, very nice pictures. Great blow ups.
The eighth star was repunched on the B-3, but your pic's didn't show this.
The reduced size Bust Quarter is the epitome of the classic era of US mintage.

Should I lie and have you impressed by my attribution skills or tell you I used the book?

They are not overy expensive for the most part (there are a couple killers, but overall not too bad) and there are so many varieties that you can collect, it's the most interesting area of coin collecting to me. I imagine that the gold busts are equally as interesting, but the price of admission is pretty steep.
