What's Up at Walmart!!

I know that there aren't a lot of Racing collectors here but does anyone have a clue as to what's up at
Walmart!!
Here's the story:
Just went to a local Walmart and visited the discount/closeout area of the store. Here's what they had:
Five (5) different 2002 Racing Champs Silver Parallel 1/24 scale diecast of drivers like Ken Schrader, Jerry Nadeau, etc. No top tier drivers but still these are usually hard to find. These are only 1 of 1500 made.
Also had a 2003 Racing Champs Jimmie Johnson Rain Delay Parallel 1/24 scale--only 500 of these made.
All were MINT in their original packaging and in great shape!! I bought the Johnson Rain Delay because of the rarity. Not a bad pick-up at a discounted price too. Really strage to see 6 of these at the same store and on the discount rack!!
