A couple questions from a novice

Hi guys. A couple quick questions.

I won this card at a silent auction at a local card shop. I know Couch is probably a bust but I collect Cleveland Browns.

Anyway, Who is "Professional Grading Authority" cuz I've never heard of them.
Second, would it be in my best interest to bust this card out and send it to PSA?

I know it's going to cost some money but I picked this one up for $15. Just curious to get some opinions. Thanks for your time.

if you're just collecting it because you're a Browns fan, then keep it in the "PGA" holder.. even if you planned to re-sell it, i doubt it would be profitable to switch it to a PSA holder, assuming it would get a PSA 9..

  • It would not be in your best interest to send it to PSA. There is a reason that the seller sent it to PGA instead of PSA or one of the more reputable grading companies: either the card is trimmed, or it is really not a gem mint card. If the slab doesn't have PSA, SGC, GAI or BGS on the flip, it ain't worth a damn.
