Need help identifying Trade Dollar

I got some of these silver trade dollars at the ANA Show in Pittsburgh, but can't find them in my Krause, although they are dated 1997. Can anyone shed any light on the subject?

I remember seeing the pics of the two types when the HK turnover was eminent but don't remember if they were actually government issues although I believe they were. One design is symbolic of the sun rising over HK (the new PR of China era), the other the sun setting (on the British 'empire').

Oh, these are "tower mint" issues. They are private issues and not legal tender.
