I know it's not a US coin and OT as such, but I thought it was kinda interesting. I have a stash of foreign coins that I got as a kid that I went through a while ago. Found lots of error and such. I thought that this was the most interesting. A lot of things going on on this one. How many problems/errors can you find? I think that the dies were used a bit too long.

Grease filled die; die crack; broadstruck, machine doubling RR rim (?).

Oh, plus "COLOMBIA" is misspelled!

Looks like a DDO to me also. Esp. on the L with some splitting.

Don't forget the broken hub which caused the left side of the 1 in the denomination being missing.

Very cool! There are LOTS of die varieties to be found on Colombian coins. They also seem to have squeezed every last coin that they could from the dies. I think they were minted in Bogota in this time frame, but not positive.

Here's a very similar 1976 10 centavo and some RPDs...
