Denver did not make proofs in 1959, Philidelphia did. It must be a very PL buisness strike.
i have this 1990 Lincoln business strike that sure looks like it has a light cameo. purdy cool.
and a `04 D? Kennedy Half that looks like a (brilliant) proof coin at first glance.
doubt either would recieve a PF designation though.
I have some PL Lincolns and some PL Jeffs....maybe someday, if not already, those could land in a PL
designated holder.
