Yes there is a bluish tint on that card, and I don't know if your eyes are bad...maybe you should go to one of 'em optometrists and have 'em check you out

True, and some people loading lots of auctions into their bid queue at once may only see that the card has no qualifier and not examine the card itself too closely (other than to note the centering, perhaps). We shouldn't rely on the stated grade alone.
