1828 C-3 Manley State 2.0; Brilliant mint red with refelctive surfaces. Has a small spot near the rim under the '28' of the date and another under the chin. The reverse has an unobtrusive spot above the 'F' in 'HALF'. This is a beautiful Half Cent. $1250.
