Looks like a regular Unc to me. I'm assuming you think it's a proof because of the shine around the date?

The top two pics sorta look that way, but the bottom pic is definitely MS. I think its a trick of the scanner or poor photography.

The rims are rounded and there's a little die fatigue. Even the luster seems to suggest it's a business strike.

Not even close. The strike isn't there as CladKing notes.

I'll post a photo of a proof. Note the squared off rims, the full letters, all details especially the Eagle's feathers...
