Brooklyn Gallery Coin & Stamp. Look in the back of Coin World or go to their website for a larger selection. They have the best discounts I've seen anywhere.
I've gotten most of them from seeing an offer for sale in the papers or on line. These are blurbs issued when the book is first released. Even with a nice pre-publication discount they are often cheaper if you wait, but very often they aren't available anymore and if you can find it at all it will cost an arm an a leg. If you ask for the author's signature you'll get it usually this way.
I also pick them up wherever I see them. I've even found them in used book stores and garage sales. I just picked up Doty's "Money of the World" for a quarter a while back. It's an excellent work and was in brand new condition.
From the local coin book guy who sets up at shows.
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
