I can't guess as to if it has the motto or not from the obverse.

Half-dime: before 1859
2. 1839 no drapery half dollar.
3. 1840 with drapery to 1858 dime.

Gerry - I'm in good company as I also guessed #3 was an 1856, but I know that's wrong.
I knew the denominations, and that the quarter was a type 2 obverse, first used in 1859.
