Olympic Gold Medal, highly rare

I know some one will comment that this thread doesn't belong here.....oh well, An Olympic medal does have monetary value, just like coins. Sometimes worth millions. Should Paul Hamm return his golf medal (coin) because of judging error, when all the rules were followed? No..... image

  • Well, as far as I can tell all the Olympic medals you see on Ebay are all fakes or counterfeits.

    No.

    1. If the delegation is correct, there were missed deductions that boosted the opponents score. A complete re-judging of the opponent would have resulted in an even lower score, not 0.1 higher.

    2. Everybody will want instant replay, or "do-over", scoring.

If they go with this logic, then we should go back and review the 5 downs Nebraska had, the field goal that should have counted with the colts (which resulted in the goal posts being elongated higher), Don Denkinger's blown call in the 1985 world series, the mysterious "whistle" that the refs imagined on a fake play by Peyton Manning that had everyone fooled (and he told the refs he was going to do it), etc.
