Is the 1893-S Barber Quarter Considered a Key Date?

I am thinking about starting to buy some key date circulated Barber Quarters (G to AU) and I thought I would start out with some of the key dates. I thought the key dates were: 1896-S, 1901-S, and 1913-S.
The reason I asking if the 1893-S is a key date is, I did a search on Teletrade coin auctions and found very few of these coins had sold in any grade.
Thanks for any inputs!

In the Fine to XF range, I have not found the 93-S all that tough. They don't grow on trees, but they are out there.
If I were you, I'd pick up a nice 97-S. Killer date! The 09-0, 11-D, 12-S, or 14-S are tough as well. In fact, all ot the New Orleans examples can be difficult in original condition. Pick up one in VG or better, and you'll have a tiger by the tail.
Good luck!
