Second PNG-ICTA grading services survey

In the Sept 6 Coin World is an article about a second survery done by PNG-ICTA (surprised this is the first I'm hearing about it). Results were bascially the same as their 2002 survery. They did add NTC to survery. Overall results:
Outstanding - none
Superior - PCGS NGC
Average - ANACS ICG
Poor - PCI SEGS
Unacceptable - ACG NTC
As before, they had 12 categories with various weighting to come to their conclusions.

Glad to see you're talking about something different for a change
While NTC received a low grade, it also gives them credibility as a grading company. I would have left them off.
