Has anyone received the new Bowers' book on $20 gold?

I placed my order with ANR about a month ago, and when I emailed them for status, they said it will be shipped sometime this month. I have still not received it. Has anyone ordered it and received it? thanks.

    Whitman has not delivered the books to anyone yet, not us, not bookstores- it's been one delay after another.

    We DO however have a tracking on the delivery truck and the books will be here Monday, the 30th, and we will be shipping like crazy to get them out to everyone who has placed orders. Hopefully you'll have yours in your hands in time for the long weekend!

    And, if you ordered the book through ANR it will come autographed by Dave himself. The books purchased through other outlets will not.
