    Schmoozing for me, because of how many members were there. The exhibits were a close second.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    The people made the show. The dinners, goofing off with my fellow forum members in the middle of the aisles and at several tables, Woody not dancing on the dinner table in his leather thong. The people made it great.

    Meeting new people and seeing neat and cool stuff. You just don't know what is out there until you go to an ANA. It was great!

    schmoozing. Had a good time seeing Boiler78, Scher, TB, Seth, Oreville and others. Had a great time cheering Bruce Scher on in the auction.... of course, he wimped out and left before my lots came up! image

    TDN's Seated Dollar set, followed by the Three Dollar gold set. The grading contest. Meeting/seeing boardmembers....JB, TDN, Oreville, MrEureka and many others. Running into the owner of the coin store that I worked in as a kid.....hearing his stories about how nuts I was.....
