One distracting contact gash on Liberty's neck kept this spectacular two-sided rainbow PCGS certified Morgan Dollar from being an easy no-brainer MS-64. It is correctly graded MS-63 because of this mark and only because of this mark. The rest of the coin is MS-64 or better.

So, how much for the MS-64 part? I'm not interested in the MS-63 part of the coin.
