1964 PR Kennedy Transitional Variety

Today, while looking through my Proofs, I found a 1964 Kennedy Proof that is of the "transitional variety."
It has Obverse Die #2 (not AH), but it has Reverse Die #1, with the diagnostic marks used for AH ID (broken rays & straight G in FG).
Can anyone clue me into it's rarity and whether any of the TPGs would recognize this variety? Maybe value as well?
This is a very clean coin, no hairlines, haze or any problems. Unfortunately, no CA or DC.
