I'm guessing this would get FA-02. Too much of Liberty's head, date and "V" on the reverse are clearly visible for PO-1, IMO.

I would say no, it is just a little too nice for PO-01. I think it would grade FR-02

Humm, that slight rim ding at 1:00 might get it rejected.
Otherwise I think it's a FR-2 also.
