Lincoln Cent experts: Does the "0" in 1930 look strange on this one?

Here it is...

1930 1C

Are those marks on the holder, or is this an example of an overdate?

The 0 does looks a little big, but I don't think it's an overdate. I'm not sure if that line through Lincoln's head is a die crcak or a scratch, though.

    Die gouge or crack.
  • What are the two little protruberances that are pointing towards the inside of the '0'?? And I think the '0' looks unusually round. Aren't they usually more upright than squat?

  • That date looks really goofy to me too. The three looks funny as well. that date looks like it has been altered to me.

Looks like a die crack right in the middle of the "0."

  • I don't know. The date looks pretty funky to me. The inner edge of the tail on the '9' looks like it might be doubled, too.
