What would the extra premium be for a 130 degree rotated die error on a 1864 lg. motto two cent piece that grades VG8.

Zero usually, the 1864 two cent piece in at the top of the list as the most common US coin known with major die rotation and you can usually find them listed on ebay on a weekly basis. You can occasionally find a newbie who will pay a small premium (if listed on ebay) but it can be a tough sell to anyone who has looked around and seen many of them.

Many two centers have HUGE die rotation. Unless it's 180 degrees, no real premium.
