Same lot as Fatty, et al. This one's a real head-scratcher.
One side depicts a standing figure with outstretched arms, each holding an unidentified object. There are four six-pointed stars around the figure.
I have no clue as to what's on the other side. There is a central image and a legend around it, but the corrosion is far too bad for me to even guess.
The coin is about 14mm in diameter. Again, the black bar on the image represents one cm.
