I'd say 67, probably CAM as well.

I'll guess it's a 1967, error, reverse rotated 90 degrees, owner sells cars in Greensboro, NC.

I wouldn't guess until I saw the reverse, sometimes the obverse is CAM and the reverse isn't.

Yep, which is really the point of the thread. It's graded MS67, no cam. The obverse is close to deep cameo, but the reverse isn't even quite there for cameo.

Aha, I finally get one right! Marty, send me five of the boxes you won in Russ's last contest.

Can not tell without looking at the reverse. It might be that the reverse has been ground off. If so, it would not cam, would not MS and would not be slabbed at all (unless the TPG did some innovative, cutting edge split grading, in which case I would grade it MS66CAM for the obverse and BB for the reverse due to damage).

MS65......Good thread....The point being PCGS will not grade a coin CAM or DCAM just because it has a CAM or DCAM obverse. I have numerous 1971 Proof DCAM dimes, nickels and pennies with DCAM obverses and no frost on the reverse. They all grade with no cameo designation at PCGS. The scam artists on eBay feed on the people who don't know this.
