Topps Redemption Question...

Greetings!!
Not some time ago I sent a total of 12 redemption cards from the 03-04 Topps set for Darko Milicic. I enclosed them all in one package. My question is have you had any experience with Topps. Before, I have sent redemption cards and have usually had them back in a few weeks. Now this is going on about 6 weeks. Their return is a little bit slower now. I would like to hear from all of you. Thanks so much.
