New Camera, New Registry Washington

I recently bought a new camera (Nikon 5400), and also just obtained this gorgeous '41-S from Manofcoins.



I'm hoping my pictures will better reflect the coins! I've seemed to have done okay on this one!

Bill, it's a Nikon Coolpix 5400. It's still not so simple getting good pics, though. Every coin seems to need different lighting angles to bring out both color and luster!

Oh yeah! That's a tough coin to photograph if I remember correctly. Always liked the toning in front of the date and thru it, looks like little flames shooting up along the rim. Way cool!

So Don... now that you have a nice camera, can we expect to see all new images up on your Registry set? That ought to keep you busy for a few days!

I have added a few more. I will try to dig out more of the set from the vault this week and image the rest. I also added some Standing Libs. that I just got back from PCGS along with this '32-S which I had cracked-out hoping for a MS65!
