1923 Peace Dollar

Found one yesterday at an Antique dealer MS62-63 for a real bargain. Usually I don't go for them, but this one really caught my eye, nice frosting, fairly clean, okay strike for the series. NOw I'm looking at them more carefully; lots of potential in this unpopular (can't really see why) series.

My peace dollars are my favorite collection!!
I guess the reason they arn't as popular is because of the low relief strike on all but the 1921 version.

Lots of upgrade fun still to go..

This is a great series with some tough dates in choice and gem.
