I don't know about the card in the previous post, but SCD Authentic began the use of the "Untouched" designation for graded cards.

They would grade a card as "Untouched" if you sent them a verifiiably unopened pack or box of cards, requesting they open the pack and grade the cards. SCD Authentic opened the packs/boxes while wearing gloves, so that the cards would remain "Untouched" by human hands.

SCD actually graded cards as untouched if you sent them an unopened vending box, wax pack/box, etc. They are the only ones I knew of that did this. There is another post about Ikoncards that doesn't paint a very pretty picture of their grading service. I'm not familiar with them.

It appears as if GAI is now grading cards with a similar designation "Pack Fresh". There is a GAI 9.5 example from the 1959 Fleer Ted Williams set currently on Ebay.
