PROOF PCGS LINCOLNS - MAKE ME AN OFFER

Recently bought three raw lincoln proofs from a dealer. Coins looked stunning. Sent them to PCGS for grading (thank god I used my free submissions for them!) and they came back with surprisingly low grades. When I checked my grades online I could not understand why they were so low. Then, I received my coins in the mail and I understood. All of them turned while they were there. Coins were obviously windexed or something just before they were sent to me. All three coins have hazing on them. Lesson learned: be careful when buying raw coins.
