Ebay hypothetical.....

A certain seller on ebay has several coins (4-6 K) I would be interested in........
This seller lists his location as a town less than 45 minutes driving time away..........
I emailed several times to see if I could examine the coins "up close and personal"............
My emails go unanswered.............
What would be your best guess.......... Lazy seller or pure fraud ??????????

Some people are funny like that. They're afraid to do a face-to-face for whatever reason.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
Send another Email asking if the two of you can meet at a mutually agreed upon location such as a local coin shop or other safe location.

Maybe the seller is afraid you are a con and looking to get his/her address with the intention of ripping him/her off.
turn it around... would you meet a stranger that emailed you about seeing some expensive coins?
I sure wouldn't. Now if we had done business before....
maybe.

If you used that wording, I think the seller would be a little nervous. Especially if you told him you were "Cerifiable" and he saw your photo.
I don't know many people that would want to carry around $5k and meet unknown people. Forget about coming to the house.
If you were more tactful, you might have had a chance to examine the coins. At this point, I think your Seller in now hiding in his Cellar.

I think that is an important factor here, as well as, was this your first communication with the seller.

you'll kill him for these coins. Man, nowadays 12 year olds will kill a classmate "just to see what it felt like." People kill people for $20
to go and buy a couple of rocks or to steal your shoes! This isn't the 50's and it sure as hell ain't Mayberry. One dude , a BIG dude,
killed a woman, picked her up and threw her off a high bridge, into the River, just for literally bumping his car. Nooooooooooo, I
don't think so Bro.

Color it "rude" or not, it is the Seller's right.
