Actually, he cancelled only the coin listings and all the other stuff sold.

It looks like eBay NARU'd him just in time so all those people won't be cluttering up eBay's server with their negatives.

I'm not 100% certain he doesn't have the items.

It would have been worth a shot dealing with him through www.escrow.com , but I'm pretty sure the deal wouldn't have gotten that far.
