  • You are trying to be generic to an area of numismatics that it does not apply. Each mint in each year used dies differently. If you are trying to determine relative rarity of a die variety, you need to post the specific question for the specific variety and we can tell you about its rarity. Remember that certain Morgan varieties are rare while others are not. This rarity has very little to do with how many were produced, but rather how many survived the various silver melts.
