I wouldn't recommend purchasing any thing thats supposed to be PR-65 or better from anything other than NGC, PCGS, and maybe Anacs. Those smaller companies are not good enough to be able to grade coins, honestly, I mean, im no expert but I can tell most of these are so poorly graded. If your gonna buy that coin in PR-69DCAM, I would stay with PCGS or NGC.
