I was interested but they did not offer a Buy It Now feature, and I don't want to get sniped at the last minute.
"Why is it that Superman could stop a bullet with his chest, yet he ducked when somebody threw a chair at him?" " " Go ahead and get your fancy barely visible cell phones that get the internet, play DVD's, and can speak 5 languages. As for me and my Atari cell phone it works, it weighs 7 pounds, it is 14 inches long, and it looks like I could call in an airstrike from a remote desert it is so large!"
Uh, I hate to break it to him, but I have a snap box full of those, maybe 35 or 40.
I can only think he is hoping just one idiot will give him the score of a lifetime. Only fault with that strategy is that anyone with $25K to spend on a Ruth card is not going to be so utterly dumb as to spend it on a modern issue that's worth a buck or two.
Edited to add: I sent him the following... "I have a few dozen of these. Wanna buy them for $1,000 each? $24,000 profit for you on each."
I'm waiting for one of these doofuses (or is it doo-fi?) to price some item in the stratosphere at the same time as they are conducting a dutch auction:
He has not responded, but neither has he pulled or amended the auction. I just noticed the subtitle in which he calls the card a reproduction. Not sure what category of doofus he belongs in. At least he had to pay $5 or so for that $25K opening bid.

One hippopotami cannot get on a bus because one hippopotomi is just two hippopotamus.
