Went to the the card store today with a friend..busted 4 boxes of Fleer sweet sigs and 2 boxes of etchings (ugh!!) Ill post the decent to better.

In the past week..we have ripped over 20 boxes of stuff...too darn hard to keep up with most the stuff anymore..gotta take a break and get rid of stuff before our 20 box case of legends timeless teams which comes in 1st week of sept.

wow thats crazy how you can bust that many boxes in a given amount of time. im 15 and ive only busted like 15 boxes ever! do you own a card store? because i plan on it when i get older, and i need to find some connections in the cards business. how do you go about spending on cards, and do you buy offline or at a local store?

friend and myself are now co-oping on cards buying cases/boxes and such. We bust probably 1 of every mid/highend box and what we like we bust more of. So far this month I think we've done 25-30 boxes of stuff to sample...at natl's we busted about that all together for the day. just waiting for some "big hits" and then we will turn up one more notch..we are planning on doing a 5-6 case christmas buy and try to start the new year off with mojo..lol

so w/ all the cards u pull, so u sell them on ebay? or keep them in what i would think would be a giant collection? also, do u use the card business as a job, or a kind of leisure thing?

thanx...the jackson went kinda low but the schmidt made up for it in a big way..the one before ours got $137 and ours hit $215...nice surprise.

We started this as a side hobby to make a little extra cash..we just started on ebay 2 weeks ago and have only sold 40 items so far..but at nationals we sold over 8,000 in stuff thru the day and cleared out our inventory, which is what got us started in serious card buying/selling

Nice auctions but thought I would tell you that Paypal and Ebay are starting to crack down on users who use the Paypal logo with the CCs displayed but do not accept credit card payments. This is apparently a violation of the agreement that they have with the credit card companies to display their logos.

thats not my logo I chose to put up there, thats the regular logo ebay puts up there automatically when I say I accept paypal...I should have my premier acct to accept credit cards soon since I have a $1,000 transaction panning out hopefully this weekend. which will put me over the $1,000 limit by 900..lol..just waiting to bump it till I finalize this transaction. Makes no sense that the regular paypal logo has the credit cards labeled and doesnt allow you to pick either that one or a regular paypal logo
