    Doop(s) coin for sale.

    Looks real nice!

BTW - I see you use the ALL CAPS WITH NO CARRIAGE RETURN format in your ads as well.

Edit - As you know doop(s), offers to Buy, Sell Trade coins has its own Forum - (which is the Registry Forum)

You know doops, 5 or 6 more show submissions and you might get that in a MS67 holder!!!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

That is a pretty nice looking coin. Is that a die crack on the reverse through "states of?"

Do you know which VAM it is?

You may like it doops, but I got to tell you, when I'm browsing auctions, and I see a solid block of text all in caps, I hit the back button. You have to look at this as your potential customers would. Use paragraphs, and normal caps like most people use. The way you have that description now is very hard to read.

Since you didn't take the hint, let me put this a little more bluntly.

When I see a block of text like what I see in your auction, it tells me the seller is lazy, and doesn't pay attention to details. I have to wonder if such a seller is fully describing his item, and if he will ship promptly and maintain good communication. There is a good reason I have never been burnt on eBay, and that is I have learned the warning signs, and this is one of them. Are all sellers who type in all caps with no paragraphs shady? No, but a good percentage of them are poor sellers and I choose not to risk it, especially on coins that cost over $1000.

    Hey doop(s)-

Why don't you submit it 3 times for a 67.

Then you can list it as "tried 3 times to make 67 but it came back 66 each time".

I'm sure somebody will pay almost 67 money for it then (as long as they can return it if it doesn't make 67) imageimage

Yes, that 81-CC is a nice 66. I've got a couple of PCGS 66's of that date that are even nicer than the doops coin. PCGS is really weird on grading CC's, if that was an 80-CC or 85-CC it would be an easy MS67. They tend to grade the 81-CC and 82-CC way tougher, it makes no sense to me at all. They should all be graded on a level playing field, NOT how baggy they usually come.

Then again, I've seen 81-CC's in PCGS 67 holders that weren't as nice as mine or the doops coin, it's all a roll of the dice really, you can spend $4000.00-$4700.00 for a PCGS 67, or about $1600.00-$1800.00 for a killer PCGS 66 and have the same quality coin.....just a different numbered label.

ALLRIGHT MIKE, DONT BE A BUTTHEAD. THE 54 DIME JUST CAME IN, IT DID GO 67CAM, SORRY IT HAD THE DCAM SHOT OR I WOULD NOT HAVE ADVISED YOU OF SUCH POTENTIAL. YOU KNOW DAMN GOOD AND WELL WE'VE ALREADY TOLD YOU FOR THE DELAY,ETC THERE WOULD BE NO SUBMISSION OR SHIPPING CHARGES AT ALL AND TO TOP IT OFF JUST FOR THE TOPPIN IT OFF GESTURE I'M GONNA GIVE YOU SOMETHING ELSE FREE ON TOP OF THAT. THERE WAS A SCREW UP IN THAT TIME FRAME A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO THAT I DO NOT CARE TO GO INTO BUT THAT YOU ARE FULLY AND COMPLETELY AWARE OF AND I TOLD YOU YOU WOULD BE MADE WHOLE, AND FOR FREE AND YOU'LL GET A LITTLE EXTRA SUMPIN. SO QUIT ALL THAT BECAUSE FOR 2 MONTHS NOW YOU HAVE HAD YOUR COINS BACK, EXCEPT FOR THE DIME. COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN VERY CLEAR AS TO WHAT I SAID I WOULD DO SINCE OUR LIFE'S SITUATION HAD PLACED US IN A STATE OF DISARRAY AT THE TIME AND YOUR TRYING TO MAKE IT SOUND DIFFERENT HERE IN THIS POST THAN THE WAY WE KNOW IT IS IS OUT OF LINE. SAY SO.

Doops, if you don't want to be treated like a butthead don't act like one. You have been telling me my dime has been at PCGS for six months. You don't reply to email's or PM's. Heck the last time I heard from you was in a PM on 2-26-04. I was contacted by someone saying he was your nephew after I created a stink here- evidently that is the only way to get a response from you. Please don't send me no extra's- all I want is what's mine. mike
