Krause help please

I think this a German States Prussia.
Anyone know what a body would pay for this coin in this condition?
I really like the eagle on the reverse.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Prussia, yes.

    Genuine, no.

    It's a crude fake.

PS- I am not sure if it is a contemporary fake or not.

If you like it and the price is right, buy it anyway.

Didn't take me any "time and effort" to see that it's very crudely done. The part I can't figure out is why. Maybe it could be a contemporary fake, but I would've thought those would have a thin silver coating that would've worn off over time.

    Though fake, it's intriguing.

  • echoing lord marcovan, a counterfeit of the period would certainly be a worthwhile purchase
