PCI and PR70 DCAM

Purchased 12 Silver Eagles on EBay all graded by PCI as PR70 DCAM. What price should I have paid to make this a "Good DEal"? What are your views on PCI and MCCS as Graders?

    I don't know much about PCI or MCCS. PCGS is quite tough on the 70 grade as our definition from our grading book states, "no imperfections under five power magnification." Many of the other grading services have looser standards for the 70 grade.
