On Ebay...09S VDB

Hey gang.
I put a 1909 S vdb Lincoln on Ebay>>> http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=39456&item=3924915030&rd=1

It's raw and wasn't able to be graded by pcgs. It's good for an album though and should go cheap.

Why wasn't it "able" to be grades by PCGS????????

Run like hell away from that deal! Couldn't get it graded by PCGS (or anyone else for that matter).
