I was wondering what everyone's doing?? Getting ready to leave, already there, flying out in the morning???
I'm sitting at home, just got back from the bank. Mdwoods is somewhere between Detroit and Cleveland while I pack and wait nervously for his arrival. I'll be glad to get to the show so I don't have to let coins like this one pass me by!!! I've been hunting for a nice 63-64 Isabella for my denomination set and the last month has been a killer while I hold off on the trigger to look at whatever shows up at the show. This coin looked kind of nice, though. On a related not, there's a PR65 Isabella in the Heritage auction that I'm gonna look at. Not that I have any illusions about bidding on it, but I do want to at least look at the coin.
WOWZER!!!!!! What a design. Hopefully I can find a mid-grade coin that won't drain me and I can post a few pics this weekend.

<< <i>Will need someone to babysit my ebay auctions Friday night - I'll be in church. >>
Seems like a lot of us will be in church!!.
Carol and I will be pulling out on Thursday morning about 3 AM and getting into town about 7 AM. We'll then do breakfast and be ready for the show to open at 10 AM.
Ken
I am working on getting Steelers tickets for Saturday night. You can learn a lot about how NOT to run an ebay auction by the practices of those (mostly newbies) trying to sell their Steelers tickets for the upcoming exhibition game.
See you at the show.

Here's a warning parable for coin collectors...

I'll save my show report until the weekend, but one tidbit for now: I got to hold two Stellas. One was aluminum and the other was copper.
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
I'm leaving Friday at 6;00 and, should be there about 1;00pm.
Plan on Church, Friday night.
Keets, maybe i'll run into you on the floor.
Leaving Sunday.
